I specialize in helping people through life transitions, whether personal or professional, you do not have to go through it alone. I also specialize in helping others in the helping profession with managing stress, anxiety, and work life balance.
Other areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, adjustment, career change, time management, and stress management. I utilize traditional counseling methods including cognitive behavioral and solution-focused, in combination with activities including mindfulness and journaling. I currently do mainly telehealth because I feel that it is an easier fit for people’s busy lives but can also arrange for in-person if that is your preference.
