Michael Cooper, MA, LLPC, NCC
Michael’s passion derives from the positive changes he sees in clients as they move forward. He promotes this help by focusing on the client holistically and taking all aspects of their circumstances into consideration. Michael has a comprehensive background in health and wellness coaching, as well as extensive work with depression and anxiety, among many other difficulties. He is most influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, in which he focus’ efforts on altering patterns of thinking and behavior that are behind the difficulties faced. He strives to overcome key concerns with his clients and assist them in becoming happier and healthier individuals. Michael will work toward the goal of being your best self and achieve the target that you have wanted to see come to fruition.
