I am a student at Oakland University and I enjoy helping adolescents to older adults and couples experiencing anxiety and depression, amongst other
diagnoses and challenges, to regain a sense of agency, and connection, in order to create meaning and make the most out of every day. In addition to my ability to provide counseling for life transitions, and a wide range of other
concerns, I have completed end-of-life doula training through Going with Grace. This training endows me with the ability to support individuals facing life-altering diagnoses with end-of-life concerns. I also offer grief, and anticipatory grief support.
